The Subscription Info page in HandiFox Online allows you to manage your subscription, including purchasing, updating, and cancelling it. You can access this page via:
Settings → Subscription Info, or directly at https://app.handifox.online/Subscription/.
The Subscription Info page displays details about your current subscription, including:
Status
Plan
Available Users
Available Devices
For active subscriptions, it also shows:
Total Cost
Next Payment Date
Payment Method (Card on File)
Switch to the History tab to view all subscription-related transactions. This includes:
Regular subscription payments (if purchased through the app)
Downloadable invoices for your records
To purchase a new subscription:
Click the Buy Subscription button.
Select a plan that suits your needs.
Add any additional users or devices, if necessary.
Proceed to the payment page to enter your credit card information and billing address.
Troubleshooting Tip:
If you encounter issues processing your credit card, try using a different browser. If problems persist, please contact us at sales@handifox.com.
You can update your subscription at any time by clicking the Change Subscription button on the Subscription Info page.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Add or remove additional users or devices
Change your payment frequency (monthly/yearly)
Upgrades (e.g., higher-tier plan, more users/devices):
Changes are applied immediately.
Downgrades (e.g., lower-tier plan, fewer users/devices):
Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
To update your credit card (for example, if the current card has expired):
Click Change Payment Method on the Subscription Info page.
Enter the details of your new credit card.
To cancel your subscription click the Unsubscribe button on the Subscription Info page.

If you purchased your subscription outside of the app, please contact sales@handifox.com to cancel it.
