Sales settings in the Web App​​​​​

Customer's Signature on Invoices

The Take Customer's Signature checkbox lets you control whether the mobile app will offer to capture the customer's signature upon invoice creation.

 You can also make invoice signing mandatory and unskippable by checking "Customer's Signature is Mandatory".



Additional Sales Fields

Creating an Invoice with additional fields in the Web App

This allows you to add or remove the following additional fields on sales transactions. 
  1. Discount allows applying discounts based on percent or value.
  2. Shipping allows adding shipping charges to sales transactions.
  3. Deposit allows entering  an amount paid prior to concluding a sales transaction. 
  4. Item Note allows adding notes to each item line.
     Item notes are not displayed on printed sales transactions

Example of a warning after changing prices on a sales order

If Suggest changing the item prices in related unpaid invoices when modifying the item prices in the sales order is checked, HandiFox Online will allow you to update prices on invoices linked to the edited prices on the sales order without having to manually update them on the linked invoices.

Example of a warning when selecting a date that is not the first to expire

If Show warning if the selected item is not the first to expire (for items tracked by Exp Date with FEFO auto pick option)(For WEB only) is checked, HandiFox will display a warning, if the picked or invoiced item is not the first to expire. This setting will only work if the item is tracked by Expiration date and the Auto Pick option is enabled for it. See Item Information (Creating and Editing Items) for more details.
