When you tap an item on the pick list, you will see the quantity ordered (“Ord”), as well as how much is remaining to be picked (“Rem”).
In the pop-up window, there are also buttons allowing checking the
current availability, the quantity on hand on different sites, and
setting Serial/Lot numbers.
When you are finished, tap Options . Here you can either Save the result or tap Save & Print to print a Pick List document, or Save & Share to share a pdf document.

After completing the packing stage, the next step depends on the selected fulfillment process. If a 2-stage fulfillment process is used, an invoice will be automatically generated based on the packed items, subtracting them from your inventory and adding their price to the customer's open balance. If a 3-stage fulfillment process is used, the order will continue to the delivery stage.
To deliver an order that has already been packed, tap it again in Sales Orders and tap Deliver.
When you are finished, tap Options . Here you can either Save the result or tap Save & Print to print a Delivery Note document, or Save & Share to share a pdf document.
After completing the delivery stage, an invoice will be automatically generated based on the delivered items, subtracting them from your inventory and adding their price to the customer's open balance.
When saving the final stage (packing or delivering), you will be prompted to capture the customer’s signature. Once the signature is saved, the invoice is automatically generated. You can make the signature mandatory or disable it entirely in Settings -> Sales.
