Here you can filter sales orders for reviewing, preparing lists of sales orders to be fulfilled or, initiating the pick and pack process based of the following parameters:
  1. Customer
  2. Site
  3. Order Status
    1. All: Displays all of the sales orders regardless of the sales order status.
    2. Open: Displays sales orders that have never been picked, invoiced or closed,
    3. Open & Partially Invoiced: Displays the same as "Open" plus sales orders that were partially picked and packed at least once.
    4. Invoiced: Displays sales orders that were fully invoiced by picking and packing or, directly invoiced.
    5. Closed: Displays sales orders that were manually closed.
  4. Pick Status
    1. Not Started: Sales orders that are ready to be picked. They may have been partially picked previously but were packed as well, allowing them to be picked again.
    2. Picked: Sales orders that are picked but packed yet.
    3. Packed: Sales orders that have been picked and pack in full.
  5. Date
  6. Ship Date
Each displayed sales order may or may not have an action menu which allows you to print pick lists, packing slips, start picking or packing a sales order.
The available actions are determined by the sales order status and pick status, for example, an open sales orders with picked as the pick status won't display an action to start the picking process but it will display the option to start the packing process.
