Synchronizing The Mobile Application

Synchronizing The Mobile Application

The mobile application works online. If your device is not connected to the Internet, the data will automatically load once the Internet connection appears again.
During the initial synchronization, your mobile application will download all of the available data for up to one year. If you have chosen a smaller period of time during initial synchronization and you want to download older data, go to the More tab → Sync Period → select 1/3/6/12 months → tap Sync.

If your mobile application doesn't show the current data, simply swipe down to update it.
