HandiFox keeps track of what products and services exist in your QuickBooks, so you can review them, create transactions, count inventory and keep track of inventory levels. Any newly created items in QuickBooks will also appear in HandiFox, however, new items cannot be created in HandiFox itself.

Supported item types

HandiFox currently supports and lets you work with the following item types:

  • Inventory
  • Non-inventory
  • Service

Exploring Products and Services

In the mobile app, you can review all your products and services in the Inventory → Item List section. This list functions similarly to the Products and Services list in QuickBooks, except for the ability to edit item properties. Here you can review existing items and their quantities on hand (when applicable) and view item attributes.

In the web app, you can also get a list of products under Inventory and Purchases → QOH Viewer. However, this page only lists Inventory Part type items, as it is intended for inventory level tracking.
